Was super impressed with service – called for mechanic to attend car at my home for RWC, ended up needing a few new tyres which he organised, picked up and … brought back, put on the car and then did a full log book service while he was at it – all within a few hours! While I sat comfortably at home with my toddler. Easy, convenient, friendly and cheap!! Was impressed with overall cost particularly with everything that was included – highly recommend.

After our first experience from EAI we will certainly be using them again. The service was prompt, very professional, friendly and thorough. The service technician was extremely courteous and took the time to explain any questions asked and recommend options for some minor additional repairs that were discovered. The price of the labour and parts was very reasonable and it was also great to find some ‘old fashioned service’ in a local business. I can highly recommend these guys.

I could not be happier with the service I received today from Wally. He is so lovely to deal with and explained everything to me (not like a 5 yr old or like I was stupid) with simple respect. I know everything that has been done on my car today and we did find an extra item that needs to be done. Luckily it’s not major, but today we didn’t have time to source genuine parts (only HSV make the part needed) so I’m all quoted up and ready to go when we can sort the part.
