Every Express Auto Inspections service or repair comes with our guarantee. When you book with EAI, you book peace of mind.
So you know exactly what we mean by this – and that we aren’t messing around – here is a breakdown of exactly what we promise.
Our Guarantee
Our parts and labour are both part of the EAI guarantee.
This means that we take responsibility for any parts that are supplied and fitted by EAI that prove faulty within the warranty period.
This also means that any parts damaged by our own error will be replaced, and any resultant issues rectified, within the guarantee period at no cost to you.

Our restrictions
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest standard of service – but there are some things that are beyond our control.
EAI does not cover parts that we don’t supply ourselves. Although we welcome customers who have their own parts ready to go, we cannot be held accountable for any faults or further servicing required in the event that these parts fail.
We also are unable to guarantee any parts that have been removed or tampered with after their original fitting by an EAI mechanic.
In addition, our warrantee does not extend to damage caused to a vehicle by driver misuse, a collision, or participation in competition, timed or closed circuit events.
Our process
If you have encountered a problem with your vehicle after a service with EAI, don’t hesitate to contact us. Give us a call or send us an email, and we will come to you.
One of our qualified mechanics can meet you at any location and find out exactly what is wrong. Once we understand the problem, we will make repairing the issue our number one priority.
And remember…
If you do encounter a problem, contact us first. EAI cannot reimburse you for repairs done elsewhere if we have not seen the problem first hand and given approval for the rectifications to be completed by a third party.
EAI guarantee
Our parts and workmanship guarantee is valid for the below distance or time periods – whichever is sooner. Where a ditance value is not listed, only the time period applies.
